Measure. Evaluate. Implement.

From Measurement to Evaluation

From the initial consultation to the evaluation, we guide you step by step. We assess the results professionally and show what they mean specifically for your everyday life, your stress load and your next decisions.

The Specific Process

From the initial consultation through the measurement phase to evaluation and implementation: each step builds on the previous one.

01

Initial Consultation

In the initial consultation, we clarify which symptoms you have, which goals you are pursuing and which stress factors play a role in your everyday life. On this basis, we discuss which analytical approach makes sense and which program fits your situation. We also openly assess whether our offer is suitable for you or whether another path would be more appropriate.

02

Testing Period

During the testing period, we collect the data according to the program you have selected. This includes saliva samples and psychological questionnaires. Depending on the package, additional measurements are added, for example with a heart rate watch or chest strap.

03

Analysis

After the testing period is completed, we evaluate all biological, psychological and physical data together. This allows us to identify which patterns appear, when stress peaks occur and how your body responds to stress and recovery.

04

Follow-up Review

In the follow-up review, we discuss together what the data show. We explain the findings clearly and place them in the context of your everyday life and your symptoms. This turns the measurement results into a concrete basis for the next steps.

05

Final Review & Milestones

About one to two weeks after the follow-up review, the final review takes place. Here we define concrete milestones together: What should change in everyday life? Which behavioral patterns are relevant? Which training adjustments make sense? The result is a clear plan that fits your stress profile, your goals and what is realistically implementable for you.

06

Coaching or Additional Measurements

Afterwards, further coaching sessions or additional measurements can be booked. This is particularly useful when changes should be accompanied, reviewed or objectively remeasured.

Frequently Asked Questions

The initial consultation is free of charge. Together, we clarify whether our offer fits your situation and which program would make sense.

You receive all required kits and wearables from us. Depending on the program, these include saliva tests, questionnaires, a heart rate watch or a chest strap, for example. We explain exactly when and how to use everything.

That is possible. If needed, we can plan additional daily measurements, for example around a specific stressor, a training session, a competition or a recovery phase. This allows data to be supplemented in a targeted way and placed more precisely in its temporal context.

If stress, exhaustion or insufficient recovery are relevant issues for you: yes. In the initial consultation, we jointly assess whether our approach fits your situation.
